On-Site Support, Built for Dance

We provide professional on site support for dance competitions across the Greater Toronto Area. We can provide experienced staff members for your competitions, assisting with organization, scheduling, backstage coordination, getting dancers ready, runner duties, and general day of problem solving. Our team integrates seamlessly into your event to keep everything running smoothly so you can focus on the overall experience.

All competition support must be booked a minimum of two weeks prior to the event to allow for proper planning and preparation. Last minute help can be accommodated but may require extra fees.

We offer dedicated on site assistance for dance recitals throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Our team can provide professional staff members to support front of house and backstage needs, including dancer check in, lineup coordination, costume changes, cue management, parent communication, and overall show flow. We step in wherever extra hands are needed to reduce stress and keep the recital running on schedule.
